A few words about AI
Writers everywhere feel a great deal of angst about AI and how it might affect the craft and the profession. Much of it is valid. Some of it is not.
The bottom line is this: AI doesn’t really cut it when it comes to quality writing, especially if it’s bespoke content for a specific purpose. That’s why we exist. That’s why we have customers.
But that doesn’t mean there is no use for AI in the creation of good content. There are many uses, from summarising long documents quickly to getting some inspiration for a snappier headline. It can even just be an extra grammar check.
But we have a rule of thumb - we do the writing, and AI supports us, not the other way around. We are constantly looking for new ways to deploy AI technology, but we want to use it to improve quality rather than to flood the internet with mediocre content. Having a distinct voice matters to our clients and we use AI to ensure they stand out for the right reasons.
We are tech-enabled
At its core, most technologies are tools for greater productivity.
We use tech to make sure the administration of our business is as simple and efficient as possible. By remaining lean and efficient, we can focus what we’re best at while ensuring our clients aren’t simply paying for unneccesary overheads.
